We are not only property managers we are rental property owners ourselves. We ourselves are owners of many rental properties within the marketplace and take pride in each and every one. Every property we manage is handled just like our own. From the start, when we show your property or have an open house and collect an application we fully screen the tenants and make sure they are qualified to rent your property. All tenants are given guidelines detailing what our expectations as far as payment of rent and care of the property before they sign a lease. There is a walk through done when they move in and when they move out to check for repairs.
